Consumer Delite at its best

I was recently forced to use the cybercafes after a long hiatus due to constant travel and the experiences are worth mentioning!!
The leading telecom provider whose papa had a vision to provide connectivity at affordable rates has a chain of branded cyber worlds..To my dismay I noticed that the minimum entry is INR 100 and it goes on for some thousands..There were glitches right from my registration and hence they had asked me to visit the next day.Even then the server congestion could not be rectified and as a stop gap arrangement,they had allowed me to access through a temporary identity provided by them.Notwithstanding the fact,I had used the same facility twice in a day and the next time I visit them,the cyber guide blasts at me and I as a common customer asks my money back.After much to my arguments,the guide had allowed me access though I had not utilised my entire amount...
It is really fun watching the customer argue with the green warriors and they have had a uniform attitude towards customers..Courteousness needs to be found in their dictionary..
After much of the teething problems,they still had not learnt their lessons..The last I heard they are busy fighting within the clan to gain ownership of the mammoth rather than stramline and sort issues...This is customer delite at its best by the most unreliable corporation.
