Ladies and Gentlemen of the class of '97,

Wear sunscreen. If I could offer you only one tip for the future, sunscreen would be it. The long term benefits of sunscreen have been proved by scientists, whereas the rest of my advice has no basis or reliable then my own meandering experience.

So begins this witty, irreverent, and poignant book of advice for life…It was originally published as a mock graduation speech in a column by Mary Schmich in The Chicago Tribune, this lighthearted gift book is for anyone who can use this piece of inspiration.Widely published as a book, the lyrics was made to a song by Baz Lurhmann ( Romeo & Juliet, Alexander the Great et al ) . A spoof is also available in the name of " Not the Sunscreen Song " by John Safron.
